After 2 years of harassment, I now have to judgments against me. I was pulled in a total of 4 times, two per credit card, for depositions with court reporters, and 4 times in court. The judge rules in favor of the BANKERS. I was awarded the legal fees and accruing interest. I paid a credit card elimination company to advise me on how to handle the situtation and still lost. The fee was very steep. but what bothers me the most, is that I paid someone who preformed nothing but make a fool of myself. I spent many hours worrying and fretting. The banks are starting another round of attacks.
What's funning, (not) is a friend of mine, was told in court, by the judge, on an alimony case, that alimony was to paid before the debt, but the debt was made first. Go figure.
