Thank you for the responses.
Jersee in their letter they did mention a Promisory note that is all.
Wouldn't this sound kinda hoaky when sending out the letters and noitices to all?
I am also in the process of sending in my Drivers License to the DMV here in FL
Any more info from everyone would be great, I know there are many out there dealing with child support issues also.
Just so noone thinks I am being a deadbeat, I have a motion goingto be filed tomorrow for custody of my daughter.
Any suggestions about that?
I have a CPN and UCC filed on her.
