Wine is a barbiturate. The odd thing about the so called A.D.D. drugs is that they are suppose to be amphetamines. The theory is that they stimulate a part of the brain that is sort of sleeping. Not sure what the truth is really though.
Are the children suffering from A.D.D. or just not interested in what is being said to them?
