Greetings:
I'm new to this forum (actually new to any forum), but I have a few questions I hope someone may answer. I can only access the first page, so if the subject is posted on other pages, please forgive.
My questions are not concerning any
defensive action, but rather an
offensive action. I have served the STATE OF MISSOURI with Affidavits, Defaults, etc., with no rebuttal whatsoever. By tacit agreement I assume my position on behalf of my Father, Creator of all.
My questions surround the idea of "how am I to
execute this process without going to court?
Any ideas?? I've posted some of my correspondence with the STATE on my web site at
