It's all detailed in Cracking the Code, 3rd edition. You need to get the copyright format (latest version is on
www.truthseekersnetwork.com, but under the members site). Then, you post this in a newspaper of general circulation for 4 weeks, once per week, and get 3-4 certified copies of the affidavit of publication (since it was posted in the legal notices section).
Then, you either list this on your UCC filing by reference number, or file a copy with the ucc1 or ucc3 filing, like some do.
