Did anyone ever have one of those days?

This past year, like all the year(s) prior to, I get this so-called Notice in the mail entitled ASSESSMENT.

The paper goes on to read... "This is not a Tax Bill."

Then later on I get another doc in the mail entitled... "Please Pay this Amount."

YOU HAVE UNTIL (DATE) TO CONTACT THE ASSESSOR FOR ANY CHANGE OR CORRECTION ON YOUR TAX BILL.

Hummmmmmmm? What Tax Bill?????????????

So my question today is: Where's the Tax Bill?

I wonder if Bill know's about this?
