That is an excellent question. We have land up here in Alaska that NO man has even stepped on for years or ever. A lot of land was homesteaded properly and now we only have tradition of "That's old man Harvey's place." But Harvey died 50 years ago. Heck, even the windows in his old cabin are still in place. Nice to live in a place that people don't vadalize things!

Any ideas out there?
