<FONT face="Courier New">To submit a link, just click "Links" at the top of any page on suijuris.net. Then, above the Link Categories, click "Add A Link". You will see a form where you can insert the link.</FONT>
<FONT face="Courier New">To add a file to the suijuris download repository, click the "Upload a File" link under "member settings" in the menu to the left of any page. You can then upload the file from your pc.</FONT>
<FONT face="Courier New">Or, just post the link or content in the forum area under the correct category...</FONT>
