No, you are right and I understand your questioning. These would all be valid issues to raise with these "individuals". But, my point was simply to stress that, across the country, no doubt, these cities, towns, counties, and other corporate entities are well aware of what they are doing, starting right at the local level. And, I'm sure they will stop at nothing to keep us from finding out what is at that website.
