He can answer saying your home is a RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY, and then, you will have the basis to ask him if he is questioning your right to have PRIVATE PROPERTY. He will be forced to acknowledge you have that right, indeed. You will use this answer to demand the reclassification of your property as PRIVATE. By placing him on the spot he will need to please you to get out.
