Success with Cornforth
1 out of 8 debt validation letters I sent to a debt collection thug worked the first time. The one that tried to pass off a DB printout at the ledger received a very nasty letter regarding misrepresentation never appeared again. These letters were for 5 different people. One person who I had helped previously was the one that needed a second letter.
I have also used some of his writings in my motions to the court and I believe faired very well... caused the court to behave in the proper manner.
