Taking into consideration large portions of liberty infrastructure already in place and bear in mind this is BIG picture...

Why not simply take all the various free state projects, Norfed's silver dollar as the "official" currency and other already established groups and simply form peaceful mirror yet de jure state governments? A new confederation of sorts on a state level. Even if nothing but symbolic and nonfunctional think of the declaration that would make.

If anything it may actually draw much needed and media attention.
