Lemons and watermelon are probably two of the most alkaline foods to eat. 1 - lemon a day for health
2 - when you are sick
5 - if very bad
10 - if you think you are going to die.
Also you lemon idea is very good and has been used for a long time with some little differences. Some use Apple cider or other natural acid based formula like the lemon except they crush the shell then use the natural compound to dissolve it and break down the composition and make the solution for a calcium drink. Best though is natural grasses and plants for calcium though as they are organic (first) in order of nature vs a secondary product like milk or eggs. Though eggs usually do not have by product in the shell like milk does.
