Neither his current organization, ICR , nor his website that is owned or operated by this organization are under any sort of attack. In fact, unlike any other IRS raid I've heard of, the agents were careful not to touch any ICR's property including its bank accounts. This is a testament to how well one can be structured, even after the FED has its eye on you.
