Has anyone every had someone try to redeem a promissory note? I was watching one of Winston's DVD's and he had a guy from the bank come to redeem the note. He gave a very good explaination of how the whole process works.
If you go to the bank with an instrument, a $10 bill/federal reserve note for example, and you ask for change the give you other notes. Either two $5 bills/federal reserve notes or ten $1 bills/federal reserve notes.
So if a bankster comes to redeem a CPN that you issued to discharge a debt, you give them another instrument, another note or a bill of exchange.
Once the instrument is tendered, and if they don't redeem it, the debt is discharged.
