Lightbulb Family Court Newbie?

"Partus sequitur ventrem; The offspring follow the condition of the mother, this is the case of slaves and animals; but with regard to freemen, children follow the condition of the father." ( more info )

Are you a sovereign freeman or a 14th amendment citizen slave?

The state has no authority over a freeman (freewoman)....

and your spouse, will show themself as INCOMPETENT, and therefore, unworthy of an opinion about your children, by either:

1) admiting to be a '14th amendment US slave citizen'

2) becoming an 'accomidation party' to the 'commercial/legal entity' by not rebutting the all caps name, when their name is called in court,

3) showing up with a lawyer

Do you want to decide the future of your children, regardless of what the state says?

Do this now:

1) revoke the signature on your marriage license

2) revoke the signature on your children's birth certificates

3) go to www.ticketslayer.com and purchase their docs (only $65)

Be prepared to challenge:
  • Subject Matter Jurisdiction
  • Personam Jurisdiction
SMJ (Subject Matter Jurisdiction) is a FOUR LEGGED TABLE. In order for the 'black robe' in the 'room' to be a 'judge/magistrate' in a 'court' all four legs must be present.

1) a court of proper venue

2&3) personam jurisdiction over two opposing parties in conflict

4) a competent 3rd party witness

80-90% OF ALL PROTECTiON FROM ABUSE, PEACE BOND, PARENTAL RIGHTS HEARINGS, LACK THE COMPETENT 3RD PARTY WITNESS. (NO... the Guardian Ad Litem isn't one either) So, you see, the STATE really is KIDNAPPING OUR CHILDREN !

THIS IS HANDLED NO DIFFERENT THAN TRAFFIC COURT....

Go to THIS THREAD to see what to say to challenge Subject Matter and Personam Jurisdiction. Read it several times if necessary...

Again... go to www.ticketslayer.com and purchase their docs, alter to suit and serve them. They will not/CAN NOT answer your affidavits and will default.

When you get to court, just read the script provided in the above thread (alter as needed).

AS IN TRAFFIC COURT, the statuatory language IS THE SAME, here is Maine's:

Title 19-A: DOMESTIC RELATIONS (HEADING: PL 1995, c. 694, Pt. B, @2 (new); Pt. E, @2 (aff))
Part 1: GENERAL PROVISIONS (HEADING: PL 1995, c. 694, Pt. B, @2 (new); Pt. E, @2 (aff))
Chapter 1: GENERAL PROVISIONS (HEADING: PL 1995, c. 694, Pt. B, @2 (new); Pt. E, @2 (aff))

§101. Definitions

As used in this Title, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings. [1995, c. 694, Pt. B, §2 (new); Pt. E, §2 (aff).]

1. Adult. "Adult" means a person who is 18 years of age or older. [1995, c. 694, Pt. B, §2 (new); Pt. E, §2 (aff).]

2. Child. "Child" means a person who has not attained 18 years of age. [1995, c. 694, Pt. B, §2 (new); Pt. E, §2 (aff).]

9. Person. "Person" means an individual, trust, estate, partnership, association, company, corporation, political subdivision of the State, instrumentality of the State or other entity. [1997, c. 537, §11 (amd); §62 (aff).]

10. State. The term "state" means any state, territory or possession of the United States, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia. [1995, c. 694, Pt. B, §2 (new); Pt. E, §2 (aff).]

Are you a creation of congress ('person') ? or a flesh and blood man/woman created by the All Mighty God? If you have a problem with saying you are "a flesh and blood man, created by the All Mighty God", then you miss the entire point of being 'Sui Juris'.

For HIS Glory,
Akira

P.S. Already have court orders against you? I am working on something... I'll post my results, when I know they work...
