If you have to deal with the Family Courts in California, they only care about procedure and proper forms to be use, they do not care about the rights of parents. In my recent fight with California Family courts their only concern is the proper forms must be use. My sons children are in California and their mother could no longer take care of them, so instead of the court sending the children back to their father,by their own rules and codes, and by way of their grandfather in Califonia filing for guardianship, the court bypass their own rules and gave guardianship to the grandfather. It seems they lost his notice of objection to the guardianship that my son sent and I sent.
California totally violated their own Family Codes and due process to do so. My son has finally got a hearing to Terminated the Guardianship, but not without the court blocking his every attempt to do so. I personally put the court on notice of violations of due process of their own rules and violations of the constitution. I am waiting for the out come of the hearing to determine if he will proceed against them personally.

So if you have to deal with the California Family Court be prepare for a fight.
