How can one "appeal" anything when there's no official public record of the proceedings? Yeah, Lisa hit me...again...when I "pointed" THAT out as well.</SPAN>


<SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana">And yes, in one case, the defendant and his rat-faced-bastard lawyer brought their own stenographer and no, the judge did not like it one bit, but he "allowed" it.</SPAN>
