Have You Celebrated Your Independence Day?
Good Morning,
On this day, July 5, this email comes to minister to you. Happy Tuesday! How are you doing this morning? Its a wonderful day to be a child of God. This morning, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you. My brother, my sister, yesterday we celebrated what we know as Independence Day! This is the same day in 1776 we claimed our independence from Britain and Democracy was born. Many across this country celebrate this day of independence with fireworks, family cookouts, resting and dreading the next work day. While many find a way to celebrate, I wonder how many people are really free. Are you? Are you free from the bondage that held you bound for so many years? Are you free from the people who once controlled the way you thought, acted and carried yourself? Are you free from the approval of others?
Beloved, it is possible for everyone around you to be free and you remain in bondage. It is possible for you to act free but really be bound. It is possible for you to look free but really have shackles holding you down. Have You Celebrated Your Independence Day? The Bible declares in 2 Corinthians 3:17 - Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. I know you celebrate America's freedom, but have you celebrated your own freedom? Are you still under the influence of other people, places or things? Are you still bound while living in the land of the free?
My friend, Have You Celebrated Your Independence Day? The Bible declares in Galatians 5:1 - Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage. Jesus endured the Cross of Calvary so that we could enjoy freedom from death, hell and the grave (1 Corinthians 15:55). Today, it is time for you to find out if you are truly free or are you still held by your past. Prayer for Today: Father, if there is an area in my life where I am experiencing bondage, I ask that You free me in the name of Jesus ... Amen!
Scripture Reading for Today: John 8:36, John 8:32, Isaiah 61:1-3
May God Bless you at Your point of need!
To God Be The Glory!!
