I'VE BEEN TOLD CONDITIONAL PROMISSORY NOTES HAVE NO EFFECT WHATSOEVER. THE DOREAN GROUP HAS USED CONDITIONAL PN'S AND BONDS AND THEY ARE IGNORED BY THE BANKS.

HJR192 SAYS PAYMENT SHOULD BE DOLLAR FOR DOLLAR.
