Indeed I have an approbation to the Treaty of Paris and Declaration of Independence. So far as I know it is just voicing approval. Also the Continental Congress allowed for people to "sign" the parchment without having their signature on the parchment through approbation. A suitor did some searching around and found about eleven people have done so.

Validation of your name is possibly a good idea. I am not sure if that is what works. I just know my name. But I did what you are talking about.

Another thing. When the district court or defendant in relation to the Libel of Review sends a letter addressed to the true name in upper and lower case lettering; the suitor typically files the envelope at the clerk and recorder. This is publishing the testimony and recognition of the man or woman by true name.
