Where do I start to recind my marriage license with the state of missouri?I went to the download section but the form was for Mn and listed statutes for that state.I read somewhere on the forum that an ad could be ran in the local paper to recind or revoke the license.My wife and I don't care to be married to the state nor do we want the state to be able to touch our children.Please any direction would be most appreciated.
