I understand that this is a broad inquiry, but I guess this is just a selfish desire on my part; but we need to start going after these S.O.Bs' equity when they move against us administratively or "quasi"- judicially, which is what most of these sham proceedings are anyway.
To think that you get remedy in court when the STATE moves against you is dreamworld.
I would like to learn more about the commercial lien process and lien these suckers up for millions.
