I know he's already hired.. and its a tough track to go down to GET a job without one.. but what if you didnt??
How can you get a bank account. I mean.. some have none interest bearing accounts but its rare.
Good point SJ.... if its not in the agreement then how can they force it. Sure they can just retype it to reflect the change, but he wasnt hired under that agreement.
And right, I guess the next question is... are they going to fire him for not having or getting one??
