Ice, I think we then get back to the point that many are facing when their employer gets the dreaded letter from the IRS to start taking wages at single-0. It depends on the company and their willingness to protect against a taxing agency. In this case, I'm thinking that my company would be more willing to question a state taxing group, not of their own state, than they would, say the IRS.

I guess we'll only find out.
