Anyway, I filed the Affidavit of Truth and the Notice of Cure first. I waited about 15 days and then filed the Writ of Mandamus, Final Default and Motions to Dismiss. It was a lot of paperwork but it was worth it...

I was charged with going 20 miles over the speed limit.
