First, More Victories For The Rule Of Law



'Cracking the Code-...' warrior George Baer has received a complete refund of all of his property which had been withheld from him and turned over to the federal government for "income" taxes during 2004-- Social Security and Medicare 'contributions' included. CtC warriors Sam and Joyce Bates have received, over the last couple of weeks, a total of 12 refund checks-- complete refunds from the state of California for 2001 and 2002, as well as 10 additional checks representing refunds of all federal withholding related to Sam's business during 2002 and 2003. More are expected soon. As Sam explains, "This all began as a result of an "Administrative Proceeding" that was to have taken place this past February. The Schultz ruling enabled me to stop that event and your publication CtC put the icing on the cake so to speak as I have been able to change the evidence on file with my amendments. I have amended from 2001 & 2002 forward as those were the years subject to audit."
