I know a lot of Fathers are being abused by the State(s). We have a situation though where our self-admitted drug abuser ex-son inlaw was just given out-of-state visitation with our grandaughter. Jaws dropped when this magistrate who was paid off or something gave this ruling after obvious testimony of psychotic and abnormal behavior.
We have had ucc-1's filed on the baby since birth. Is there anyone who could offer help on how to SUCCESSFULLY show a prior and superior claim than the one this magistrate thinks she has over this child even after she has made determination in the case?????
