Has anyone gone throught the defense of a land patent as it applies to taxation?
We want to revoke the trustee on the mortgage, anyone with knowledge or experience on this? We would like to have solid information on this rather than opinion as this is important and we've never been in arrears on the mortgage contract and don't intend to discharge it.

Any update on this, Saber?
