One cannot prove he is sovereign. The world must prove it. One is sovereign when the rest of the world cannot prove he is not sovereign. The best tactic to use is to make one's opponant present the proofs. If one makes a statement of fact then it must be defended. It is just a boast if one goes about making claims he cannot prove.
