they file a forged release of mortgage from the first bank and get the homeowner to take out a SECOND mortgage and give them half the money.

now the homeowner has a new mortgage but only half the money from it AND he is still on the hook for the first mortgage because EVERY TIME THE CROOKS HAVE GONE INTO COURT ABOUT THE FIRST MORGAGE, THEY HAVE LOST.

the homeowner is left with one choice bankrupcy. that why the feds are going after the crooks because theyre crooks
