It proves they don't like people challenging the system.

Well, yes--enforcing the law against those who "challange" (that is, ignore and break) the law is sort of the point behind the FBI's existence. So? The Dorean scammers break the law, the FBI is prosecuting them. Seems like what the FBI is supposed to do with lawbreakers, isn't it? Why is the FBI doing what it's supposed to do anyway proof the FBI is "afraid"?

They want to invalidate the challengers because by "allowing" the challenge, it sends a message the challenge is valid.

Well, yeah--if they didn't close the mortgage elimination scam down, they would be sending the messege the scam is legit. But they ARE closing it down, so they are sending the messege it is not legit, aren't they?

If the feds know that it is impossible to eliminate a mortgage why try to stop the people from challenging it?

For the same reason they close down people who sell immortality pills or free-energy machines. That is, in fact, the very definition of a "scam": telling somebody you can do something you cannot and charging them money for it under false pretenses. The point is that this harms people: people who "try to eliminate their mortgage" using the Mortgage Eliminator scammers' mumbo-jumbo lose their homes.
