I, too, am fighting for my children... but because I am still in "study mode", I really can't say much with any certainty, until I put the courts in their place...

However, I invite you to reread the Family Court Newbie thread. Go to your state's website and look in the revised statutes under "DOMESTIC RELATIONS" and look for "definitions" under the "General Provisions" catagory, and get their definition of "person"

I am/would revoke signatures on

Marriage License (if any)
Birth Certificates (and void them for fraud)

I am/would also file a POA on the kid(s) ALL CAPS NAME (after registering the tradenames, and do DBA's)

In the meantime... I am/would...

go the common law affidavit/default route with anyone/everyone in the state, by putting the "situation" in your own words.... Have they coerced you into signing any contracts by taking your drivers license, and hampering your ability to make a living, for instance? Don't be afraid to include damages in your affidavit ! Your child(ren) have been kidnapped, after all ! Mine includes a provision for $1000 (in lawful money) per hour, for every hour I am kept from them.. times two children...

get the ticketslayer docs, and my dialog from the OAS WIN thread, and alter to suit... to remove the court from any standing in your "situation"

start researching/writing up your Habeas Corpus...

And if you have the money, consider:

People's Awareness Coalition to legally erase your status as a US citizen.

Sadly, there are no guarantees when dealing with the anti-"Family Courts"...

For HIS Glory,
Akira
