What is an Administrative record.If I wanted to make a statement on an Administrative Record say as to the question of "Are frns income" where and how would I do this?I am actively looking into showing that my pay checks are NOT income.That they are an equal trade for my labor.No gain (silver\gold) nothing to tax.I have bought a stamp to endorse my pay checks as well as I plan on signing with A.R.R.I plan on doing this and would like to be prepared by the time april of next year gets here.Folks any help or direction is much appreciated.Just a bit of insight to me;I have NOT filed any UCC papers; I have paid taxes up to this point ; I have NOT voided all hidden contracts of jurisdiction (drivers lic.,s.s.no.#,voter reg.,marriage license,FA lic);I am married with 3 children we own (in sheepleville color of ) 3 cars and a home.By own I mean we hold a quit claim deed and 3 certs of title.I guess the best disciption is I am a slave citizen looking to jump the fence. ;-)
