As far as the tax game goes, I am a one item voter on this one & i have made my point as to what it is for the past several months.

Until the presumption that you are a U.S. Citizen is rebutted administratively to the proper agencies, then they will continue to pound your @$$ like prison sex.

Some here have stated their view point of this direction. However, I have yet to see their file stamped docs from the Courts or any record in or out of court regarding the U.S. Citizenship presumption being broken w/ Gov agencies (not credit card companies)

Until then, I'm sticking to my guns on this one, and I am looking forward to a documented record from any one who has had success breaking this presumption
