The Errant Sovereign's Handbook
Ok, surely SOMEBODY in here has read The Errant Sovereign's Handbook. Can somebody please tell me what they think of the remedies in that book? Namely, the "Power of Attorney Cancellation" and the "Conditional Tender" letter?
