likely
It is not likely that the judges are required to file with the SoS. They have a repository or they just use the clerk of court.
Used to be the judges filed with the county clerk and recorder. Recently I checked for the index "OATH" and came up empty. So unless I already have the Reception Number I may be out of luck. Maybe if I asked for assistance I could dig up the oaths though. I didn't ask for assistance. I would have the county clerk mail it directly to the clerk of court with the case number on the envelope, or better yet handwritten as a note on the certification.
Getting that oath in your hand or into the case jacket is another matter. That would then stipulate the judge behave judicially. For now I will presume that you will be stonewalled in your efforts; but in the hope you will be properly prepared and will succeed.

David Merrill.
