here (in pennsylvania) such oaths (lawyers & those of similar ilk) are filed with john vaskow, the clerk @ the supreme court . western district (pittsburgh)
per your named request.. you can get a copy (certified) sent .. for.. depending how many pages are involved.. a nominal amount.
have no clue as to how it works in your venue..
other oaths.. like.. sheriff, protonotory, etc.. are supposed to be on file in the prothonotory office, per statute.. however.. this oft doesnt occur either.

comparatively to the substanial minds i have come to read herein, i am a novice, no doubt.. still trying to learn. what it is all about.(actually i am working my way up to novice status..i get a ribbon with that don't i?)
