if you cannot pay, write up a contract/affidavit of the amount you can pay, offer it to them in the contract, state that you are WILLING to pay, but are only able to offer the amount in the contract. offer it to the responsible party, court or whoever and give them 10 days to respond to the offer. you will not go to jail after doing this. they cannot refuse frns, its not like using a bond, promissary note, etc.
