I am looking at your Notarized AFFIDAVIT OF SERVICE.

Tell me if I am wrong, but what is happening with this document is that you are affirming (deposing) that you are mailing the correspondence, and then the Notary accepts your deposed affirmed statement, and seals it as if you were under oath.

(Remember, I am waiting on my book, thus the questions, but I am studying first and asking questions to make sure I am understanding what I read.)

Your "number" that you assigned to it, [YOUR INITIALS-DATE FORMAT- INITIALS OF CARD COMPANY] Is this in the book to do, or is this just your clever number assignment to the document to make it more official looking? I like it regardless.

The total of 12 documents, is that 12 pages or 12 actual separate documents? I guess the Notary counts them to verify the fact?

In Number 2, it says that you "mailed", not that you "are mailing" or "are mailing today". So you did this Affidavit AFTER you actually mail your VOD w/CPN to the CCCompany. Do you then just keep it for your records, or do you mail it to the CCCompany as well for proof of service?

And I guess you had already copyrighted your STRAWMAN and filed your UCC-1 first before this, right?

Also, let me know how a person KNOWS when their UCC-1 is perfected.
