One of the biggest causes of disease today is eating horrific foods. What do you see every American eating today? Fast food, carbonated beverages, processed crap... its all horrible for you. God put foods on this planet for you to eat, eat them in their most natural form! You cant just expect a miracle cure to a terrible diet.

One of the biggest problems with these bad foods, is they are mostly acidic, and create a low pH in your body. Your organs cannot survive in an acidic environment, so your body uses calcium compounds from your bone structure to bring your pH back up to normal, but even then it can only do so much. Do NOT drink soda, under ANY circumstances, EVER. It is HIGHLY acidic, and very dangerous to your body. Any of that sugary crap man invented is terrible for you. If you want something sweet, eat fruit, honey, almond butter, etc. And for God's sake, dont drink milk. Milk is very acidic, and being that it is cow's milk, it is designed for one purpose: To help a newborn CALF to gain several hundred pounds in a short period of time. Your body cannot effectively use most of the nutrients, including the calcium, and being that it's acidic, it is actually harmful to your bone structure, not helpful. The whole milk does a body good campaign is pure lies and propaganda. Your best source of calcium comes from dark green vegetables.

And theres another thing, eat your vegetables! They are the single greatest type of food your body can consume, and once you get off the man-made sugary crap, they actually taste very good. They have a basic pH, so they help keep your organs and bones healthy.

If you want to learn more about proper diet, read the book "Body by God", by Dr Ben Lerner. The diet and exercise information is priceless!
