Hi Jerseee!

Been roamin around a bit.

Sometimes, though, the more I roam about, reading, questioning, thinking, etc..., the more confused I seem to get about some things.

This is good, though, because it forces me to continue seeking the answer(s) so I might not be confused, but learned on the subject, process, etc...

There are numerous opinions espoused on the forum. Some appear to be right on the money, while others require more study, insight and maybe even trial & error.

One question that confuses me at the moment:

Does one tender an offer (CPN or otherwise) to the CC first and then go the CRA verification process, or should one go straight to the CRA first without any correspondence to the CC?

Just attempting to get it straight.
