How do you mean weis. I respect what you are saying. However, it is clear and has been clear i.e. that sentence or the foundation of the article is in general not total!
You must admit the last 5 years this country has changed (excelerated) in so many ways that if we the people don't get a handle on it, we are in big trouble.
