While driving home in a cluster of cars heading north in the lone gunman state of Texas a State Trooper was driving south past me. Checking my side and rear view mirrors i noticed him doing a u turn and coming back in my direction.The cars in front of me floored it while i maintained a similar speed to my speed while he was previously passing me in. I was thinking to myself he better not be after me. The cars in front of him pulled off to the side and sure enough he was after me. I pulled over he pulled over got out of his truck and stood in the back of my rented auto writing down info. I tried to open the windows but could not. He motioned for me to come out. I came out and approached him he was still writing and he started to accuse me of speeding i interrupted him and said am i under arrest,somewhat suprised by the question he said no.He started to say i was getting a ticket i interupted that with am i free to go?again he said no. He started to try to talk i told him i could not proceede without of assistance of council.He said i could handle it myself and i didn't need one and what for.I said i needed assistance of council.He said i was going to get fined. I told him i was going to fight it and he was supposed to give me assistance of council.He was still writing while this dialogue was happening.HE then accused me of speeding i asked him how did he reach this conclusion,he said radar on his dashboard.He then statred socializing asking me what i did for a living(still writing) I told him,he asked if i ever broke the law before,i answered not knowingly.He then said i should not be so upset(i spoke to him conversationally no tone or anger) he was giving me a warning.He asked me if i was ever pulled over before i said yes but i had to go back about 10 years to remember getting a warning for a policeman and not a ticket.We shook hands and we both left. I don't think he would have bothered changing directions and following me and spend all that time writing if he wasn't planning on giving me a ticket. Something changed his mind but i thank god that i don't have another court date i already have 2 schedulled in two different cities in the same day(again,coincidence?)I thank my god and savoir for this.On sept 21 i will fill you all in on what happens then.
