This was the first debt collector I challenged, as soon as I learned of banks and third-party debt collectors I started fighting without really knowing what was what. That's why my process was kinda backwards.
If you go to the member downloads section you will see the Validation of Debt package. Make the changes to fit your situation and send it out!! I wasn't familiar with this site when I started, so I copied the entire them from Cracking the Code. This should work for you. . .
