Response from Trans Union



<FONT face="times new roman, times, serif">&On 4/10/04 I received this response from Trans Union concerning my request for validation. I requested verification of the entries on my report and also stated in the initial contact letter that I was not disputing any alledged debt, nor was I unwilling to pay them, but that I was only trying to verify them. I also cited code sectionUSC 15 Chp 41.&This is there response:</FONT>

<FONT face="Times New Roman">They did not list any account numbers or amounts. Also, I do not understand what is meant by "You have no public record information appearing on your credit report." Anybody else receive such a response? Any thoughts or opinions? I am going to draft a second letter tomTransUnion, I would just like a little input if anyone cares to opine.</FONT>
