the constitutional was replaced in 1863 with the defacto DC federal overlay via naturalizing people into US citizens. Where there's US Citizens, there's Federal Enclaves. Where there's federal Enclaves, there's Federal Jurisdiction.
If more people corrected the errors that DC mainains regarding their status, you would see them having a lot harder time pulling this crap
And claiming your strawman and accepting adhesion contracts for value sure does nothing in slowing down this kind of tyranny.
