Live presidential broadcast.
Anyone watch the presidential address last night? Somehow I happened upon it, by accident of course.
When asked about the justification for invading Iraq, he kept saying, sure, we didn't find the WMD yet, but the world is a safer place (no proof offered). And the Iraq people are glad and supported the removal of their dictator.
Since when does our president answer to the Iraq people? Last I checked, Mr. Bush held the office of president of the US, but yet refuses to take the opinions of the American people into any consideration.
Anyway, he kept talking about spreading freedom and democracy (Please read your constitution Mr. Bush), and the planned transfer of sovereignty to the "entity" whose identity is not yet named, at the end of June.
I nearly fell out when he said that that transfer of sovereignty would of course be accompanied with a "security agreement"! Right there on live TV, he admitted that they will enter a security agreement with the new entity that has been established!
Now I know that all us Americans were supposed to be thinking "security" as in military protection for the new entity. But stop and think about it - do you believe for one second that the entity being established has not incurred a MASSIVE DEBT? And do you not think that that while our military will provide "security" to the people of Iraq, that the people of Iraq will not become collateral for the debt, just like over here? Thus, the security agreement!
And who are we to GRANT sovereignty to anyone? Mr. Bush himself said we are all born with it, and it is given to us by the creator. What kind of double talk is that?
Mr. Bush also talks about how the oil in Iraq "belongs to the Iraq people". But when questioned about his pre-war statements that the "oil would cover the costs of the war", he admits to this as well by stating that the revenue from the oil is higher than expected, leaving us to assume that the oil revenue will be used to pay the war debts of both countries. He also stated that he "expected them to destroy the oil fields" when invaded. Hmm, now wouldn't that have tickled him and his oil buddies pink?
People, once you learn to think critically, you can just sit and watch these liars on TV and see right though their cheap scams. I rarely watch such events and was amazed at how many things they left slip. Sometimes, it was almost like he was bragging!
Regards,
Sui Juris

If so, there are no absolutes, and the only logical conclusion is that reality, truth, and right and wrong are determined arbitrarily on a daily basis by those with the most power, guns, and money, and the rest of us can choose to run, fight, or be their slaves.
