Not only can you stand up and support your claim in court in honor, against the fraudulent creditor that you speak of but, if the other CRAs are not deleting the items that you needed verification of, then you have a valid claim there as well! If you ever decide to file a claim against Experian for damaging you--you can prove that you gave all 3 CRAs notice at the same time to ensure accuracy and a timely response.

So let Experian keep playing games, Ice and I know exactly what you have....UNDISPUTABLE EVIDENCE FROM A PUBLIC INVESTIGATIVE AGENCY.
