Good point. But I think Patriot Act 2 is passed by in some form or fashion. Since they have been practicing the Patriot Act in covertness for years--I think they are doing the same with version 2.
Hmmm, do y'all think there will be a trilogy of this Act? (hint: the Matrix trilogy).
